STRENGTHENING ROOTS, CONSOLIDATING IDENTITIES
In this second retreat in Bahia, we will look for spaces to quiet interferences and root our identity. Among the different resources offered by the healing work, we will use meditative practices, exercises with the breath, the physical body, the chakras, and the aura, as well as colors and relaxation in contact with nature, favoring the process of each participant and the collective.

RENEWAL OF THE ETHERIC DIMENSION
These 21 years of the retreat at the Arrábida Convent have consolidated the need to extend the group to four days, facilitating the absorption of silence, ancestry and the effect of the activities developed.
